Job Search Community

I decided to try another angle in the job search process - create a community for systems, network and database administrators to share job leads, tips, network and post resumes. So far so good: 50 signups in the first twenty-four hours, and more coming in every few hours. Idea is to get the jobs to come to me, instead of having to hunt through half a dozen groups to find two or three relevant postings, and to get the highest quality list and get my name in front of as many recruiters and HR types as possible.
