Jack, no only was the babies story a lie but so was the one about Saddam trying to kill Poppy bu$h. That didn’t stop king george from using it as another reason to invade Iraq. This is a letter that I sent to a reporter at the Boston Globe yesterday and sent a copy to the “Worst Ever President” and to Tricky Dick #2.

I am a sixty year old grandmother and I am truly appalled at the sheer arrogant stupidity of those in charge of this country. Did the schoolyard bullies think that just because Bush wagged his finger at Saddam & ordered everyone to surrender that this was going to magically happen?
I am ashamed that my country’s elected representatives sat back and allowed Bush to be installed in the office of the presidency. I find it so offensive that these same elected officials have sat on their comfortable backsides and allowed someone who so blatantly & proudly lies through his teeth to have the power to start wars based on these falsehoods.
Do they really think that all of the citizens of this country are so dumb that they will accept any lies put forth by these corrupt greed mongering thieves?
What has happened in this country since the Supreme Court installed this imposter is despicable. I am constantly reminded of what these fools did to Bill Clinton for lying about an affair yet they sit and allow Bush, Rumsfeld, Powell, etc to present plagiarized papers, tell blatant, bald faced lies & sign executive orders that over ride law, rules and regulations that were put in place by elected members of congress, not to mention their attacks on the Constitution of the United States.
Bush has pushed this country backwards at least 50 years while pushing his “reward the rich” agenda as though his very life depended on it. This man’s so-called presidency is obscene to say the very least.
This obscenity has been aided and abetted by a totally corrupt TV cable propaganda machine. The 24/7 war “game” tripe being presented by this pathetic excuse for news is enough to gag a maggot. They make the National Enquirer look like a reputable news source.
Everyone in this corrupt, corporate owned administration should be impeached, removed from office, imprisoned and their assets seized to try to reimburse this country for some of the atrocities committed on it’s citizens and the world by these crooks.
I am an Air Force Veteran & widow. If one more damn fool tells me that I am unpatriotic because I don’t support this corrupt pResident I think I will be tempted to punch him in the mouth with my arthritic fist! Patriotism, my arse. George Bush would not know real patriotism if it walked up and bit him on his ass. The same goes for Christianity & Compassionate Conservatism.
