Karl Rove: Foriegn Policy will win it for Bush

[I think the statement below, from Karl Rove, is an admission of weakness - it has been idiomatic for years that foriegn policy doesn’t win elections… that’s why Clinton won with “it’s the economy, stupid” after Bush War I. -Thomas]
