This is fascinating, especially the detailed exploration of the constitutional issues (California state constitution)… the basic conclusion is that the CA Supreme Court is very likely to rule against denying same-sex couples marriage licenses (i.e., to legalize same-sex marriage). Would appear that there is a lot to be optomistic about on that front.
