Irony: The state of California two years ago outsourced the
delivery of some welfare benefits to Citicorp Electronic Financial Services
Inc., which uses English-speaking workers in Bangalore and Pune to assist

Start time: 9 p.m. End time: 1 a.m. 4 hours billable @ standard rate. Travel to/from home to Fremont colo facility. Re-arrange servers in rack, install new shelves/replace old ones, add additional rails to rear of rack, document layout and model numbers, replace powerstrip and re-route power.
